Get to know Alex Campbell
Hello, My name is Alex Campbell, Store Lead. My musical journey started in the 1970's singing around the Hi-Fi with my sister. I found that I loved singing. When I entered high school, to my delight, I discovered that I could be a music major. (Yes, I'm that old.) During those 3 awesome years, I learned to play the trumpet, tuba, baritone, piano and I sang in the choir. I made All City/County Band and All City/County Choir 2 out of the 3 years. I performed on a Christmas Special with Oprah Winfrey and Jerry Turner. (She was a local news caster at the time.)
As I moved into the U.S. Air Force, my love of music followed. I was in the Drum and Bugle Corp. I continued singing as well. After that, I realized that I was a better singer that a musician. I did several musicals locally to include: The Wizard of Oz, Cinderella, Dream Girls and White Christmas to name a few.
I am very proud to know that I am helping the next generation of talented people to realize their musical dreams.
