Get to know Bren Stace
Hi! I'm Bren, a senior sales associate at Music & Arts here in Clay, NY. My primary areas include beatboxing, composition, vocals, sound engineering, and the cello. I've been beatboxing for about ten years, earning Outstanding Vocal Percussion at the International Championships of Collegiate A Cappella my senior year of college. I enjoy live-looping with my BOSS RC-505 Loop Station, as well as working in Ableton Live.
I earned both my B.A. in Music and Masters in Music Composition at Binghamton University. While at Binghamton, I had the opportunity to write for and perform with ensembles such as Momenta Quartet, Yarn/Wire, Fifth House Ensemble, and many more. Since graduation, I've joined VICE, a professional a cappella group in NYC, as well as the team here at M&A! On the rare occasion that I'm not making music, I like playing video games online with my friends, video editing, and graphic design.
