About Casey Case
Get to know Casey Case
I'm Casey Case (it's my real name, I promise!) and I'm a percussionist from Fort Mill, SC. I've been musically involved since my first performance the age of 4 in a karaoke bar in Topsail Island, NC, and have had a passion for music for all of my life. Following in the footsteps of my father, I developed a love for "hitting things with things" in the name of music.
In my educational and performing experience, I have traveled the country with Drum Corps International, performed in many auditorium and concert halls with concert percussion ensembles and wind ensembles, and even performed in Ireland for the St. Patrick's day celebration. In these experiences, I have taught many performance ensembles in the southeast with high schools and non-profit organizations in the name of music education.
Currently, I am assisting the athletic bands programs at Gardner-Webb University, as well as arranging and composing music for marching ensembles in the upstate of South Carolina as well as a few ensembles in North Carolina.
