About David L

My name is David La Rue and I am the shop foreman for instrumental repair 

technicians at Music & Arts, Horsham. I have served the Tri-State music community for 

over 40 years by providing brass and woodwind instrument repairs. Please contact me if I

Background 

David enjoyed playing tenor saxophone in both Pensbury High School’s marching and jazz

bands. Following high school he studied at Eastern School of Musical Instrument Repair to train 

as a music repair technician. Upon graduating, he began working with DeVoe’s Music in 1980 

and then at Mobile Music in 1985. As Mobile Music transitioned to Music & Arts David 

continued his commitment to the craft of instrument repair. David resides in Blue Bell with his 

wife Amy and has raised two children, Georgia and Ben
