About Douglas

Hi everyone! I am excited to be a part of the Westerville team of Music & Arts. I have lived in and around Columbus for 28 years. My musical life began in 1985, and I have been playing tuba since 1986.

One of my favorite parts of working for Music & Arts is helping new students find the instrument for them. It's great to see the enthusiasm when a student tries a horn for the first time and knows that is what they want to play. Come in and say hi! I love to talk tuba, low brass, marching band and just about anything else music!
