Get to know Eric Johnsen

Eric's passion for music started at a young age and continued to flourish as he acquired his first few guitars (such as an Epiphone Les Paul Ultra acquired in the mid-2000s, which he still owns today!). With his thirst for knowledge, he delved into various genres of music, including classic and progressive rock. He broadened his musical horizons by studying classical and jazz guitar, romantic piano, and their respective pedagogy, which allowed him to become a music teacher in 2014.

As a private music instructor, Eric has had the opportunity to develop his teaching skills and work with a diverse group of students. He accumulated over 50 weekly students at a private lesson studio in Chester Springs, PA, which has given him extensive experience in music education.

Since 2017, Eric has had the wonderful opportunity to work in the sheet music industry, where he has been able to use his music advocacy skills to promote the importance of music in people's lives. With this, Eric brings a unique perspective and enthusiasm for the art.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced musician, Eric's commitment to providing a supportive environment encourages growth, creativity, and musical exploration. He believes that music should be accessible to everyone and is passionate about sharing his knowledge and expertise with others
