Get to know Jessie Garrett
One of the founders of Spartanburg SC's Dirty-Burg-Entertainment (D.B.E.) Jessie has been one of the faces of Spartanburg's resurgence of rap music. For several years now, his collective have been everywhere in the upstate from radio, tv, festival appearances, national act show openers, and eventually even made his way to Atlanta, where the list continues. There he attended the Atlanta Institute of Music and Media (AIMM) in 2013 and graduated shortly after in 2014 from their Recording Program. He is currently located in South Carolina where he not only maintains his artistry, but also works as the Chief Recording Engineer for the upstate’s highly known, Speaklife Studio.
