About John Osmer

My name is John Osmer,

aka: Jon The Revalaytor alternative  music performing and recording artist.  I have been performing and releasing music for over 15 years.

When I was young I had so many dreams of making my music and performing my music to inspire the world!

Some of my music influences and huge music inspirations are Lindsey Sterling, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Hailey Williams of Paramore, Michael Jackson, Britney Spears,

Joseph Simmons of Run DMC, Imagine Dragons, and Will Smith.

I was born and raised in Austin Texas, ''The Live Music Capitol of The World"!

I have worked with major artist such as James Cotton of Muddy Waters, Gloria Estefan, Dolly Parton, The Sugar Hill Gang, Kurtis Blow, Tyrone Von, For King And Country, Nero, The Gorillas, Fire Flight, The Nappy Roots, Jennifer Ledger of Skillet, and Gold Frankincense & Myrrh.

I was nominated three times for best live alternative hip hop performer, ''Hosted SXSW for the The Austin Music Awards and almost got to perform with Coldplay!

I have performed on Auditorium shores, at EDC, (Electric Daisy Carnival), Hope Music Festival, SXSW, Pecan Street Music Music Festival, The Austin Music Awards, and many more, as well as performing and touring all over the world!

I have performed, worked for and been a music instructor assistant for the head program director for BISD, Guitar Center, AISD and ACE after school music program, The Jerry Fay Wilhelm Center for the performing Arts, as well as worked with The Boys and Girls Club of America. 

I have partnered and worked with and performed with a handful of local and global music ministries, youth conferences, and music charity organizations.

I am here to inspire and I am here to serve my community.
