About Joseph

I have always loved music of all styles since my earliest memories. At age 14 I began learning guitar and drums. I've played in various bands for many years locally and toured the country as a guitarist, bassist and drummer. I have also spent many years as a sound engineer in various small to mid sized venues working for a variety of bands. My retail experience began at Bailey Brothers in 2011 as a service technician and I have grown over the years into many other roles here. I am now the Retail Manager of Bailey Brothers Music and Arts in Birmingham. An excellent customer service experience is of utmost importance to me and my fellow associates and we strive to serve our customers utilizing our knowledge and experience collectively.
