Get to know Kayden Hawkins
Graduated from Arundel High School in 2022, Kayden started on the trumpet when he was in 4th grade. When he was a senior in high school, he was the Drum Major in the Marching Band, and led them to becoming MMBA State Champions. After marching season, he was the lead trumpet in the Jazz Band, and soloed in pieces such as "Dat Dere", and "Pharaoh's Funk". Kayden and 3 of his best friends formed a band for his high school talent show, where Kayden was the drummer and they performed the song "1985" by Bowling for Soup. Since starting at Music and Arts, he has picked up the electric guitar and is taking lessons, learning rock and metal.
