About Laura

Hi! I came to Music & Arts after working at our affiliate store, Al Hemer Music. I went to Fredonia State for music ed & therapy, have played oboe for over 35 years, and English horn for 30 years.

Buffalo is a culturally rich music area and I currently play with Orchard Park Symphony, Amherst Symphony Orchestra, Erie County Wind Ensemble, and Buffalo Niagara Concert Band. I also have 2 kids who are both active in school ensembles (band, orchestra, and marching band).
