Laura María Del Real Ávila is a Colombian musical theater performer, stage manager, live event producer, and entertainment business specialist with over 7 years of international experience in the creative industries. With a background that bridges performance and production, she has worked across theater, music, and cultural festivals, supporting artists and audiences through thoughtful, high-impact experiences. Laura has led backstage operations, called shows, coordinated multidisciplinary teams, and produced events that center Latin American identity, storytelling, and community.

Now based in Orlando, Florida, Laura recently joined Music & Arts in Orlando Millenia as Retail Manager, where she combines her artistic expertise with business strategy to serve and grow the local creative community. She holds a Master’s in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University and has collaborated with nonprofits, international festivals, and Grammy-affiliated events. Known for her leadership, cultural insight, and passion for empowering artists, Laura continues to champion inclusive, purpose-driven entertainment experiences.
