      Get to know Meredith

      Hello!  My name is Meredith, and I am the Orchard Park store manager.

      As a born and raised Buffalonian, I started working for Al Hemer Music in 2007, where I learned all about print music.  I stayed on when Music & Arts purchased the store in 2018.  

      I have studied privately and played percussion for 20+ years.  My favorite instruments are marimba and handdrums, and I love playing pit percussion.  I also have a bachelor of science in psychology and a minor in Japanese from SUNY Buffalo, and a MSEd in Community Mental Health Counseling from St. Bonaventure.  

      Right now, I keep my music chops fresh by playing pit percussion at Revive Wesleyan Church, Bayview Campus, most weekends.
