Missy was raised in Music City. She started playing violin in 3rd grade and clarient in 5th. She then remained in Marching band until graduating from school. She attended the Vanderbilt dance program and was talent in music videos with Failth Hill, Mardina McBride, Trisha Yearwood and others. She has a son that attends a private school in Nashville that focuses on music. She also does animal rescue and paranormal investigation.
