Get to know Nanci S
Hi! I'm Nanci. I started with Music & Arts in 2011 as a temporary employee for rental season in our Bowie store, and then the Oxon Hill Express Rental Center. In 2012, I joined Oxon Hill Music & Arts as a part time employee.
Having studied Music Education at Mansfield University, I have a tremendous understanding of most of the band and orchestra instruments. When I'm not working at Music & Arts, I teach band and orchestra in Prince George's County Public Schools. My primary instrument is tuba, but I can carry a tune on most others too!
Outside of working all the time, I also perform with local community bands.
