About Tom G

Tom has been in the music industry for over 30 years, as a performer, retail salesperson and product specialist. He studied at Hartt School of Music in Hartford, CT and graduated with a music major in 1988.  One of his first gigs was as a touring drummer for the band 'Too Much Joy' in 1989.  After the tour he got a gig on music row in New York City, selling keyboards and digital pianos to clients like Todd Rundgren and Michael Moriarty.  He worked as drum product specialist for Yamaha for nearly ten years, before returning to music retail at Music & Arts in Mamaroneck, NY.  In his spare time Tom enjoys hiking and kayaking in the Hudson Valley region with his wife, Nancy.
