About Adam

Adam, a Syracuse native, started his music journey playing trumpet at the age of 9. It was in the 10th grade that he started singing, which rekindled his passion for music. He went on to receive his Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Potsdam's The Crane School Of Music.

Adam has performed in several musicals, including Bye Bye Birdie (as Harry Macphee) and State Fair (as Pat Gilbert). He sang in a variety of men's ensembles and mixed ensembles, and performed master works including Britain's war requiem, carmina burana, and Brahms Requiem and soon Mass in C minor by Mozart with Albany Pro Musica. One of his favorite ensembles was performing with the a Capella group The Potsdam Pitches, where he sang and beatboxed. As a soloist, Adam has sung classical art songs, cycles, lieder, and larger works in english, french, german, and Italian.

While not performing, Adam is sharing his passion and skills with students of all experiences and musical levels, and will help them develop their musical abilities further. He is capable of accompanying students, and will help them prepare for NYSSMA solos, auditions.
