About Me

 

Armando Luis Duenas is a native So Cal resident residing in Azusa, CA.  He has been playing trombone for 18 years and teaching for 12 of those years.  Armando has worked and taught with multiple aged groups from elementary beginning students through expert collegiate students. Currently Armando teaches at Water of Life Christian school in Fontana.  It is a combined elementary and junior high that provides general music classes, a middle school choir, a worship band, a beginning and advanced band.
Along with teaching private students Armando excels in brass techniques and has taught brass at multiple high schools and Pacific Crest Drum and Bugle Corps. Armando received his Bachelor of Arts in Music Education and a Master of Music in Instrumental Conducting from Azusa Pacific University.
