Included in the theory course are 15 theory videos, accompanied by an original music theory text book, and matching workbook, all available online (included in lesson rate). The course introduces music concepts in a similar fashion to how a spoken language is taught, starting off with the musical alphabet, followed by the written form of the language, moving on to its various sounds (vocabulary), including intervals, scales/modes, and harmony (chords). The resources from this course help guide the aspiring musician toward a complete understanding of music by applying theoretical information in real-time and in a succinct manner. Completing the full course should result in the knowledge of how music is structured.
The improvisation course delves into how to navigate chord progressions, how to break down complex bebop language, and how to effectively improvise over various chord symbols.
