About Cailey Shirley

Hello! My name is Cailey Shirley and I am the Store Manager of Woodstock Music & Arts. I have been here for 5 years now and I can truly say my job brings me a lot of joy. I love being able to help our local community with their musical needs and getting to watch our customers and lesson students grow as musicians. I am a percussionist and I have been playing since I was two years old (27 years ago!). I attended Jacksonville State University in Alabama as a Music Education major and was a member of the Marching Southerners drum line from 2012 - 2014. I have both marched and played almost every percussion instrument out there in a concert setting over the years. My favorite percussion instruments would have to be marching tenors/quads, marching cymbals, and timpani. I am self-taught on my drum set, and I prefer Zildjian cymbals, Vic Firth sticks, Aquarian heads, and DW pedals. We have a lot of great sales going on currently and we are always happy to help, so feel free to stop by and say hey!
