Chris Liakos has been playing violin since 1998, when he started in 6th grade Orchestra. As a teenager, he learned about fiddle music, and has loved playing it since!
Chris regularly plays fiddle for ContraDances around the SouthEast. He's played in Spartanburg, Greenville, Columbia, Charleston, Atlanta, Charlotte, Asheville, Knoxville and more.
Chris has been teaching for 10 years, and has loved being a part of the Music and Arts family since 2014. Chris teaches violin, viola, and beginner-cello. He helps people of all ages to learn classical, folk, pop, and church music.
