About Dylan

Pianist and percussionist, Dylan Good is from the Chicago land area. He began playing piano at an early age, and began lessons at six years old with pianist Larry Dieffenbach. He continued to take for eight years with Larry, and soon found a love for all things percussion as well. Drumset, Marimba, Vibraphone; "All the cool toys". He then went on to study percussion with musicians Aaron Puckett, Ben Wahlund, and Brad Stirtz.

An alumnus of Kaneland High School, he continued in his education to earn a bachelors degree in jazz studies at North Central College, with drum set artist Jack Mouse. This is also where he again, studied piano with Chicago area pianists, Jon Warfel, Frank Caruso and Chris White. Dylan is an educator and performer, and keeps a schedule of private lessons and performances with his own groups, as well as others. Notable performances of late include: percussionist for American Grands XXIII, backing twelve grand pianos, and recording Grace Blackford's Debut E.P. "Home".
