About

Elizabeth Baker began her career in 1996 as the woodwind instructor for Music and Arts in Bel Air, Maryland. She left the company to complete her advanced degree and to perform within the region. Since relocating to the Delmarva area she has once again joined the company to help students with their music education. She holds a Master of Music degree in Performance with a concentration of flute from the University of Delaware, is certified to teach music K-12 in Maryland and Delaware and is currently employed as the band and choral director for Delmar Middle School. Delmar, DE. In addition to performing classical, rock and jazz music she coaches and judges regional events. Her students have performed in various county and state competitions as well as community events.
