Teaching Philosophy: I use the Suzuki method as well as supplementing with traditional styles to get a good foundation of technique and posture to enable the student to achieve good tone as well as intonation.
Get to know Eric Toomsen
Eric has been performing professionally since '84 and teaching violin and viola since 2001. He went to Berklee College of Music and moved to the Atlanta area after finishing there. Teaching is his main focus now, but he still plays the occasional gig and enjoys spending time in his home recording studio.
