About Glenndon

Glenndon is a professional musician, educator, arranger, and composer from Long Island who now works in the Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey, and Delaware region.  His primary instrument is trumpet; he also performs on piano and vocals. He holds a Bachelors of Music in Jazz Studies from Temple University's Boyer College of Music and Dance.

He has been teaching for more than ten years and is prepared to help everyone, from those too young to hold a heavy metal trumpet (3-5 years old) to comeback players who have not played in twenty years, with topics and situations ranging from jazz improvisation and practice injuries to college audition preparation and playing with braces.

Glenndon performs, arranges, and composes in the touring band, Port Arthur.

Glenndon freelances across the New York, Philadelphia, Atlantic City, and Wilmington areas in many styles of music including jazz, classical, salsa, folk, pop, and R&B.
