About Kathryn Crane

Kathryn McDaniel Crane, pianist and organist, studied piano with Evelyn Mitchell and William Schatzkamer in St. Louis. She competed in solo piano competition and holds a Music Education, Lifetime Certificate, K-12 in Orchestral and Instrumental Conducting, all instruments, specializing in Woodwinds.
She currently teaches piano and is Organist at St. Mark's UMC, and accompanies instrumentalists, vocalists, and is pianist for musical theatre. 
Kathryn is an adjudicator in piano events and composition for the Mid America Music Association, National Federation of Music Clubs, Saint Louis Area Music Teachers Association, also affiliated with the National Music Teachers Association.  Kathryn has recorded solo piano music at KWMU-St. Louis.
