About Le Von
Le Von White is a Piano teacher from Baltimore Maryland. His love for music started at a very early age, he began playing the piano when he was five. He had lessons in his childhood but none were consistent, causing Le Von to be mostly self taught until the age of 18. Le Von graduated from Calvert Hall in 2008, at Calvert Hall he participated in the marching band (trumpet being his secondary instrument), jazz band, concert band, and choir. After Calvert Hall Le Von received his BA from York College of Pennsylvania. At York College Le Von received his first set of consistent piano lessons from Dr. Kenneth Osowski. Le Von performed many recitals at York including the College's first African American music recital, Le Von also gave a successful Junior and Senior Recital. In addition to his recitals he played for Musicals with the theater department and accompanied many solo singers and instrumentalists. In 2013 Le Von became the first African American to graduate with a BA in piano performance in the history of the College. After York College Le Von went to study at Morgan State University for his Master's in Music, he completed the degree In December of 2018 under the study of Dr. Stephanie Brunning. Besides music Le Von has dedicated his life to physical fitness and also works as a personal trainer. He believes there is a connection between mental and physical strength. For this reason Le Von urges his students to seek abilities in both.
