About Lucius

Lucius Wilson

 

Lucius Wilson has performed professionally for over five decades, since the age of fourteen. As a founding member of Willie T and the Magnificents, he has toured the eastern half of the US playing on stage with such greats as Tina Turner, Kenny Rogers, The Allman Brothers Band, Iron Butterfly, and many others. Ecletic in style, Lucius enjoys playing everything from Blues, Rock, Bluegrass, to Gospel and old time Standards. He plays everything from electric and acoustic guitar, bass, mandolin, violin, guitar harp, and dobro. With a Masters Degree in Education he has taught Instrumental Music to all ages for over forty years.
