About Matthew Rossa
I have extensive training (seven plus years) in guitar pedagogy, jazz, blues, composition, pop, and many other styles, with an advancing education. I also hold dual degrees from Mount St. Mary's University in Emmitsburg, MD. Lastly, I am a signed artist under Prosthetic Records, with a yearly touring and album-release cycle, and am endorsed by several companies.
I believe in creating a fun, engaging learning environment, where each student may grow with their instrument in their own way. My goal is to not only educate (scales, improv, reading, repertoire, theory, proper practice routine), but to also help students find a lasting connection with their chosen instruments.
Feel free to contact me with any questions by calling the store. I look forward to meeting you and beginning your musical journey!
