About Melissa Lehmann

Melissa Lehmann has been teaching private lessons for over 6 years and playing for over 15 years. She has her Bachelor of Music Education from Elmhurst University. Melissa’s main instrument is Clarinet, but she is adept to teaching all instruments in the woodwind family. Melissa frequently plays in different orchestras and bands across the Chicagoland area.

Melissa believes that lessons are an integral part of anyone’s musical experience. Individualized lessons give students the in-depth detail needed to really hone in on their craft.  Every player has their own strengths, weaknesses and passions that drive their practice. She would love to help any student hone in on these skills.
