Viola, Cello, Violin
After receiving my bachelors in String Pedagogy from Bob Jones University in 2014, I joined as a strings teacher with Music and Arts in fall of 2014. My string experience began in 2001 learning the basics of how to hold the violin bow and where to put my fingers. After years of practice, I began to teach and have continued to enjoy teaching for the past 8 years.
Regardless of the instrument, music has been scientifically proven to do such things as improve math skills and aid in the growth of the overall person. As a strings teacher of violin, viola, and cello, I strive to challenge the student in not only the playing of music but also understanding music.
