Areas of Instruction
Morgan Freeman is a violist with a B.S. in Music Education from Towson University. She grew up in Prince George’s County, Maryland and began playing music while in elementary school. During her time at Towson, she taught strings and winds to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. For two years she taught violin and viola at Wolfe Street Academy in Baltimore, MD as a part of the Bridges Program. Freeman also has experience performing in chamber ensembles, musicals (Sweeney Todd, The Sound of Music), and served as section principal in the university’s Symphony Orchestra.
