Rachael Berg is an active private teacher and performer. She started playing the violin at the age of eleven and has been teaching violin in many different capacities for the last fourteen years. She received her degree in music education from the University of Georgia in 2011 where she studied violin with Dr. Michael Heald. Since graduating, Rachael has taught for the New School of Music in Lilburn, GA, Sola Fide Lutheran School in Lawrenceville, GA and most recently served as the assistant director of orchestras at Mill Creek High School in Hoschton, GA. Rachael is also an active church and wedding musician. She has performed in a variety of ensembles including trios, quartets, orchestras and has performed as a soloist for many church services and conferences in both Georgia and Florida.
As a private lesson teacher Rachael strives to get to know the indivual way each student learns best and use that to challenge and better them as musicians.
