Welcome to Music & Arts Manchester, NH!

Since opening our first store in 1952, a simple mission of getting people of all ages and walks of life excited about music has been the driving factor behind everything we do here at Music & Arts. As the nation’s most steadfast musical resource, we’re here to connect you with everything you need to be successful in music no matter your background, education level and musical goals. We’re a one-stop music shop, providing name brand instrument and music accessory sales, rentals, repairs, private and group music instruction and a wide offering of books and sheet music.

Pittsford, NY, we’re proud to be your friendly local music store! We’re conveniently located in the Pittsford Plaza Shopping Center on the northwest corner of French Road and Monroe Avenue. Our store has the great fortune of being surrounded by some incredible New York scenery including the Erie Canal Heritage Trail and Lock 32 State Canal Park. Every musician knows how much of a pain taking time out to restring a guitar, bass or orchestral stringed instrument is before a big performance, so why not let our instrument maintenance and repair team handle it for you? Just drop your instrument off with us, and we’ll have it cleaned, restrung and tuned in no time! We’re here to help you focus on your craft!

Got a social learner in the family? Check out our group music lessons! In these lessons, students learn guitar, ukulele, bass and other instruments in a fun group setting. By design, students learn as much from their peers as they do from the instructor in group lessons, so this is a great way for friends, families and coworkers to bond and learn something new at the same time.

Did you know that legendary jazz musician Chuck Mangione is from here in Pittsford? Every great musician needs a mentor and instructor, so if you want to learn how to master jazz, check out some private music lessons taught here in our store! Our incredible music instructors are university-trained, background-checked and ready to accommodate students of every age, background and musical interest.
