About Tzu Hsin
Ms. Tzu Hsin (Sheen) began her piano playing study at age 8. She participated in NVMTA spring festival exams and Piano Guild exams growing up. She received a scholarship to attend Brevard Summer Camp at the end of her senior year in high school. She auditioned and was accepted into George Mason University’s music department and later graduated with her undergraduate music degree in 2007. Since then, she has been appointed and hired by Pianio Guild as a exam judge and also works each year in NFMC’s festival as a judge. On her free time, she enjoys creating LDS hymn arrangements and composing original character pieces.
She has taught piano for the last 19 years and also has worked with kids on the spectrum and with ADHD. Her favorite classical composers includes Mendelssohn, Brahms, Chopin, Schumann, Beethoven, Mozart, Debussy and Ravel.
