About

Vera has been a violin instructor at Music & Arts since 2000. She is also a member of Symphonette at London School, which she joined in 1998. She was an instructor at Montgomery College for 15 years. Vera has been teaching violin since 1981. She holds a MA Degree in Music from Yerevan State Conservatory and BA Degree in Music from Kara - Murza Music College. In her career Vera has performed in multiple countries including Germany, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Poland, and Russia. Vera’s career highlights include recordings of Verdi – Othello, Beethoven - Violin Concerto D-dur, Mendelssohn - Violin Concerto, Khachaturian - Violin Concerto-Rhapsody. Her rich background includes being part of Yerevan Opera Symphonic Orchestra in Armenia and Sochi Philharmonic Orchestra in Russia.
