Performance Experience: Meyers has participated in several orchestras, including being the concert master for the SIUE Symphony Orchestra, assistant concert master for the Youth Music Illinois Youth Orchestra, concert master for the Illinois Valley Youth Symphony Orchestra, and subbed in the Illinois Valley Symphony Orchestra. In addition, Meyers has been apart of several chamber groups and has participated in several summer music camps and festivals including Birch Creek and Eastern Music Festival.

Abigail Meyers is currently enrolled as a fourth-year student at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE), and is specializing in Music Performance amd Suzuki Pedagogy. In addition to teaching at Music & Arts, Meyers currently teaches violiln lessons at Tessitura music and is the assistant teacher at the SIUE Suzuki Saturday classes. Meyers is also employed as a freelance musician foro the Diamond Empire Band Company in Saint Louis, MO, owns her own freelance business, and is the Concertmaster for the SIUE Symphony Orchestra. Meyers enjoys teaching students of all ages and abilities!
