Teaching Philosophy: I believe that all people are capable of experiencing the simple joy of percussion. My music lessons are all about creating personal relationships with a student--building rapport, discovering musical motivations and goals--and then collaborating on a plan that is totally unique to that student’s needs. We cover a broad range of topics relevant to a 21st century education in music, and will always include input from the student with regard to study material, lesson pacing, and practice goals.
