About Ari Lovelace
Get to know Ari Lovelace
Arianne Lovelace is a professional musician and teacher, specializing in double reeds. She received her Bachelor's degree in Music Performance on bassoon from Miami University and her Master of Music degree in Music Performance on bassoon from Indiana University-Jacobs School of Music.
While in her Master's program, Mrs. Lovelace taught private lessons and was an assistant band director at Martinsville High School. After graduating from IU, Mrs. Lovelace moved to Texas, where she was a highly sought-after performer, teacher, and clinician. She worked with some of the finest school districts throughout the San Antonio and Fort Worth areas.
Mrs. Lovelace was the Lecturer of Bassoon for the A&M University system in Corpus Christi and Kingsville from 2010-2017. She performed and toured with the faculty woodwind quintet as well as hosted Double Reed days and Texas All-State masterclasses.
Mrs. Lovelace has performed with many reputable ensembles in Ohio, Indiana, Texas, and Colorado. Currently, she is a member of the bassoon section with the Aurora Symphony Orchestra and has performed with the Denver Concert Band.
Outside of music, Mrs. Lovelace is the volunteer manager at MaxFund Animal Shelter, where she manages over 600 volunteers for the non-profit organization. In her spare time (what little there is of it), Mrs. Lovelace loves to spend time with her 4 children (17, 12, 3, 7 mos.) and her husband. She enjoys watching/playing sports, reading, and crafting.
