Education: During college, I studied music production which has helped inform my band-oriented approach to teaching guitar.
Performance Experience: I have been performing since I was 16 years old at events ranging from small gatherings to large auditoriums. During college, I spent time touring the east coast with my school band, playing guitar, bass guitar, and keys. Today, I have accrued more than five years of performance experience.
Teaching Experience: I have more than five years of experience teaching guitar to all ages.
Teaching Philosophy: Because each student has unique goals, strengths, and weaknesses, I structure each lesson according to their specific needs. I aim to direct and correct students as they practice, allowing them to progress as quickly as possible. Above all else, I do my best to ensure that each student has an enjoyable learning experience.
Get to know Benjamin
Hello! I grew up in an extremely musical family, but I didn't become heavily involved with music until I picked up a guitar at 14. Dedication to the instrument and music led me to begin teaching others at 16, where my passion continued to grow. From there, I learned how to play the keyboard, bass guitar, and sing. I would eventually use these skills to produce and play on several studio albums. Today, I am focused on helping students foster their passion for music, and I’m eager to help you too!
