Bobby Wesley is a Detroit-born guitarist and singer-songwriter whose passion for music ignited at age 14. Self-taught and deeply immersed in the vibrant blues scene of downtown Detroit, he was already gracing the smoky stages of local Blues clubs by 15.
Bobby pursued formal education at Berklee College of Music from 2009 to 2013, where he honed his skills in jazz, songwriting, and music theory. Throughout his career, he has had the honor of sharing the stage with legendary artists such as Willie Nelson, Annie Lennox, Valerie Simpson, Lalah Hathaway, Michelle Ndegeocello, and Magic Slim; showcasing his versatility across genres.
Most recently, Bobby toured extensively with four-time Grammy-nominated pop country artist Mickey Guyton. His dynamic performances have captivated audiences on national television shows, including Good Morning America, The Today Show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Jennifer Hudson Show, Austin City Limits, and The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. He has also made appearances at prestigious events like the American Music Awards and CMT Awards.
As a songwriter, Bobby has released original music, with his track "U n Me" featured on the OWN Network's Cherish The Day and the Facebook Original Yara's Day Off. Beyond performing, he is passionate about teaching the next generation of musicians. Whether students want to jam, write songs, or pursue a music career, Bobby is dedicated to sharing his knowledge and love of music.
