Teaching Philosophy: It is my belief that all students are capable of high levels of success, and that it is the responsibility of us teachers to provide as many opportunities for our students to succeed as possible. Learning how to practice is the most important piece of the puzzle in a musicians journey, and learning this process will pay dividends to all students.

Get to know Charlie Burnap

Charlie Is from Grand Prairie Texas, and is now currently pursuing his bachelors degree in music education at the University of Houston. He has been a part of several performing ensembles, both with the University of Houston, and other organizations. He is currently one of the Drum majors of the spirit of Houston marching band, and has marched Drum Corps international with the cavaliers Drum and Bugle Corps.
