Session Drummer - Drum Set Educator - Percussionist - Jazz Enthusiast 

Collin McCord is a Jazz Drummer located in Austin, TX and has been playing and performing live music for over 11 years, 5 years professionally. He has also been teaching and taking on private students for over 5 years, starting as early as his Sophomore year of High School.

He has honed his craft playing in ensembles such as the University of Texas Jazz Orchestra and combo groups, along with many projects that he has been invited to play for by other musicians. Collin primarily specializes in Jazz and Jazz Fusion drumming, playing shows across many different genres and styles stretching from Rock, Punk and Metal, all the way to Percussion Ensembles and Latin Jazz.

Following his graduation from High School, he enrolled at the University of Texas and is currently pursuing a Bachelors In Music with an emphasis in Jazz Drum Set Performance, from the University of Texas at Austin.
