About Connor Murchison

Hi, I'm Connor Murchison. I've been playing guitar for 12 years, and exploring every possible nook and cranny of the music world the entire way. Whether you want to write and record your own music, be the next Steve Vai, or just play Wonderwall at a party, I'm here to give you the tools you need to achieve your goals and develop your own musical voice, and to have fun along the way.

I started playing guitar in middle school, and it quickly became one of the main focuses of my life. I started learning software like Logic Pro at around the same time, and by high school I was writing and recording my own music, as well as doing projects such as movie soundtracks for my friends' student films. I also got deep into the technology side, building my own guitar pedals and doing instrument mods to develop my own sound. I was accepted into Berklee College of Music, and while I ended up not pursuing that path at the time, I'm currently studying both Business and Music Technology at NOVA Community College. I did production work for local metal bands when I lived in California, recording, mixing, and doing arranging/orchestration to take their songs from good to great. Currently I'm working on a solo metal album, as well as a pop project with a friend, and I'm trying to connect with the local music scene here after moving last year.
