Education: Cynthia attended the University of Philippines, where she doubled majored in piano and voice. She was later accepted to the prestigious Juilliard School of Music where she received her Bachelor's degree. She received her Master's from The Manhattan School of Music.
Performance Experience: Cynthia has performed for two Philippine Presidents and the Govenor of New York. Composer/ Pianist Garah Landes wrote pieces specifically for her and she is featured on several recordings and video performances.
Teaching Experience: Cynthia has been an Educator for over 20 years.
Teaching Philosophy: Cynthia likes to teach the enjoyment of music through the skills that the students learn.
Get to know Cynthia Wuco
Cynthia won several competitions as a student at Juilliard and made her Alice Tully Hall debut at 17 singing Eve in Haydn's The Creation under the baton of Richard Westenberg While at Juilliard she studied with the great depression era Metropolitan star Rose Bampton and at the Manhattan she studied Voice with Cynthia Hoffman.
