Get to know Dale Faulks
Dale L. Faulks is a 1988 graduate of Henderson State University with a Bachelor of Music Education. He has taught public school band programs in Austin, TX; Runge, TX; Hughes Springs, TX; Texarkana, AR; Daingerfield, TX; and Tyler, TX. Dale was a member of the 1983 Arkansas All-State Band. Dale performed as a back up Bari Sax player with the Rich Warren Orchestra in Hot Springs Village, AR during his college years. He has played with various gospel ensembles and church choirs in the Central Texas and East Texas areas. He's played on stage at the Austin Aquafest with the Texas Songbird, the late Larry Hargrove, having also recorded one song with him.
He spent 10 years as the Saxophonist with the St. Paul Baptist Church choirs in Longview, TX. He has also played at various musical programs around the state. His playing regimen has been greatly reduced since he's been serving as Pastor of the Midway Baptist Church of Henderson, TX, the last 8 years.
Dale specializes in evaluating where a student is and develop personalized and strategic plans to help move the student to where they want to be. Motivation is his forte!
