About Dante Fowler

Hailing from Charlotte, NC, Freelance Trumpeter, and Educator Dante Fowler has spent his summers as a trumpet instructor at the French Woods Festival of performing arts in New York teaching with students of all age and skill levels fulfilling his passion for education and spreading the joy of music to the youth of today and musicians of tomorrow. During the year Dante can be found earning his Bachelor's degree in jazz studies at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro as well as teaching and performing throughout the triad area. He contains a vast repertoire spanning from early traditional New Orleans music, Classical, Funk, Latin, and Swing
