About Eddie Diaz

Ed is a highly skilled musician with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Western CT State University, where he studied with some of New England's top professors. He has also received private instruction from some of the area's best guitarists and pianists. With his versatile musicianship, Ed is proficient in playing various genres of music, ranging from classical and jazz to rock and metal. He has performed with numerous bands and projects over the years, including his own band Clearlight Industries, and often collaborates with local favorites Farewood in live performances and studio sessions.

Ed is also highly experienced in the studio, possessing an expert grasp of the latest studio software and hardware, including those used for audio, MIDI, synthesis, sampling, and beat-making. With his added proficiency in piano, Ed is capable of teaching and guiding students of all skill levels in guitar and most levels in piano. His passion for music and expertise in the studio make him an ideal teacher for those looking to expand their musical abilities and technical knowledge.
