About Edie Growden

I have played piano for 43 years now!  I have directed choirs and various musical instruments in small groups and played the piano and organ in local churches for nearly 40 years.  More recently, I led the Zion United Methodist Church in two different groups, about 30 people total.  Most recently, I am at Gilboa Christian Church with a 15 member choir and 3 instrument bluegrass string ensemble that I help organize and sometimes get to accompany with the piano: these groups not only play for our church but around the community as requested.  I have taught a plethora of students at all different age and skill levels.  I am comfortable with nearly any genre you are looking to learn!  Come on in and say hi!
