Performance Experience: I have appeared as a featured soloist with the Crane Wind Ensemble as the 2018 Crane Concerto Competition winner. I have performed numerous recitals, masterclasses and clinics, most notably at the 2018 Great Plains Saxophone Workshop in Oklahoma and the 2017 Navy Band Saxophone Symposium in D.C. As a fierce advocate for new music, I have commissioned and premiered several pieces throughout my degrees and hope to continue this in my future performing career!

Teaching Philosphy: Enrich my student's education through creating, performing, and responding to music; Foster an inclusive, student-centered approach that will promote learning for all students; Provide a curriculum that extends beyond the music classroom so that students may apply what they learn to other subjects and their every-day lives; Create a positive learning environment where students feel challenged, safe, and successful; Encourage creativity and teach students how to express themselves through music
